COSTA MESA, Calif.; September 10, 2019 ā€” Mesa Water District (Mesa WaterĀ®) has launched a new, user-friendly online bill pay service through Invoice Cloud, an e-billing, payment and software systems company, offering Mesa Water customers greater flexibility to view and pay their water bills.

ā€œOne of the top goals of Mesa Waterā€™s strategic plan is to provide outstanding customer service,ā€ says Shawn Dewane , Mesa Water Board President. ā€œThis new online bill pay service will save our customers valuable time and enhance their overall billing experience.ā€

The secure and convenient online bill pay service, which went live on September 3, enables customers to make a payment through several digital methods. This includes automatic or recurring payment options; a new Pay by Text option, where customers can receive text message notifications and conveniently pay with a text message; and, the ability to receive reminders via email or text when a payment is due.

The new online bill pay system includes a Customer Portal which features an at-a-glance dashboard that provides customers with quick access to their account to view bills, check their balance, and make payments with credit/debit card or electronic check.

Creating a new account has been encouraged to those customers who currently use most online features such as AutoPay to view or pay their bills. However, it is not required for customers who mail their payments, or who currently pay their bill via online bank or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Paper billing will continue to be available.

Mesa Water customers can register for the new bill pay service at MesaWater.org/BillPay. For questions about the new service, customers can call Customer Services at 949.631.1200, during business hours: Monday ā€“ Thursday, 7:30 a.m. ā€“ 5 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. ā€“ 5 p.m.
