For water bill payments, Mesa Water customers can:

  • Register for online bill pay service at MesaWater.org/BillPay
  • Pay by phone at 877.493.5093

  • Use the payment drop box located outside of Mesa Water's office building

Mesa Water’s Customer Services counter is located in the lobby of our offices at 1965 Placentia Ave. in Costa Mesa. Representatives are available in person or via phone to help customers start or stop service, pay a bill, or address questions or concerns.

Friday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

In case of emergency during after hours, please call 949-631-1200.

If you have a water leak or other water related emergency, please press “9” and you will be transferred to the Costa Mesa Police Department for assistance. Or, you may call them directly at 714-754-5251

For all other non-urgent inquiries, including billing questions or to stop or start water service, please call 949-631-1200 during regular business hours.

Please note: Mesa Water requires a 2-day notice to start or stop water service to your property.
