Mesa Water District’s Water Operations Manager Elected to SWMOA Board of Directors

Mesa Water is pleased to announce that Tracy E. Manning, MPA, Water Operations Manager at Mesa Water, has been elected to the Southwest Membrane Operator Association’s (SWMOA) Board of Directors. Tracy is one of four Division 1 board members and will serve from 2019 to 2022.

SWMOA’s mission is to enhance the professional development of membrane operators and the municipal and industrial applications they support in the Southwest USA.

Tracy will serve as Co-Chair of the Program/Technology Transfer Committee, and will also help develop training for SWMOA members and serve as an alternate liaison to the American Membrane Technology Association.

Tracy joined Mesa Water in 1994. As Water Operations Manager, she oversees water quality, water production, system maintenance, and regulatory compliance activities for the District. She has been certified as a water distribution operator and water treatment operator for over 23 years.

Tracy’s election to the SWMOA Board of Directors was formally announced at the 2019 SWMOA Annual Symposium on June 25.
