The Mesa Water Board of Directors encourages public participation in our open government process, and invites our customers and members of our community to attend Mesa Water Board meetings and comment on agenda items or other issues before the Mesa Water Board. Members of the public who wish to address the Mesa Water Board may do so during the portion of the meeting set aside for public comments. Unless otherwise indicated on a meeting agenda, Mesa Water Board meetings take place at 1965 Placentia Avenue, Costa Mesa CA, 92627.
