Following Mesa Water District’s recent notice in the Los Angeles Times (Daily Pilot), please review the list of names below to see if you may have unclaimed funds related to plan check fees.

A claimant must submit written proof of claim, which must include the claimant’s name, address, amount of claim, grounds for the claims, current identification and additional information that Mesa Water District may require. Proper proof of claim must be submitted to Mesa Water District’s office, located at 1965 Placentia Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627, before funds are released.

Funds not claimed by June 21, 2026, become the property of the Mesa Water District.  This notice and its contents are in accordance with California Government Code sections 50050-50052.
