COSTA MESA, Calif.; October 9, 2019 — Mesa Water District (Mesa Water®) is pleased to participate in two upcoming local events -- the Environmental Nature Center’s  Fall Faire, and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts’ Fall for All -- to increase water awareness in the community and provide education about the value of water.

“These events are a vital resource for the community. We look forward to connecting with community members and customers and to sharing important information about their tap water service,” says Shawn Dewane, Mesa Water Board President. He adds, “Pure, plentiful and affordable water is fundamental to our quality of life and key to the economic development of our community. We are proud to provide this service.”

At both events, the public is invited to visit Mesa Water’s booth, which will offer water conservation tips and a Water-Wise Question Wheel for a chance to win prizes, including sunscreen, lip balm, and more.

The Fall Faire, held Sunday, October 13 at the Environmental Nature Center (ENC), provides a full fall experience for all ages. The event will feature crafts, face painting, pumpkins for sale, and a petting zoo. To learn more, please visit the ENC’s website.

The Fall for All, held Saturday, October 19 at the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza, offers fun-filled activities for the entire family. This year’s event will feature an inflatable maze, trick-or-treating, a Día de los Muertos community altar, and other Halloween-themed activities.
