Mesa Water’s Conservation Specialist Showcases Beautiful Garden Featuring California Friendly Plants

WHO/WHAT: OC Fair-goers can learn about and see how water-wise gardens can be both beautiful and water-efficient by using drip irrigation, California Friendly plants, and other aesthetic landscaping features that prevent water waste. The Mesa Water District (Mesa Water) Board is presenting these demonstrations as part of Mesa Water’s water-use efficiency programs that help educate the District’s customers and community about using water wisely.  Mesa Water’s Conservation Specialist will demonstrate the District’s Water-Wise Garden at the OC Fair with a brief lecture, followed by a tour of the garden, and a question-answer session.  At the conclusion of each presentation, attendees will receive a Mesa Water souvenir (while supplies last).
