2014 Water Quality Report Shows Drinking Water Achieves High Standards for 2013

June 27, 2014Mesa Water District (Mesa Water) has released its 2014 Water Quality Report (Report) to the public containing important information about water quality and how it not only meets, but surpasses all state and federal drinking water standards. The Report also offers information about the District’s water supply sources and the treatment and maintenance of Mesa Water’s groundwater.

“The 2014 Water Quality Report highlights the Mesa Water Board’s commitment to providing safe, reliable water to our customers and communities and in encouraging awareness about the importance of using water efficiently,” said James R. Fisler, Mesa Water Board President.

Mesa Water’s 2014 Water Quality Report includes information about the District and the clean, safe, and reliable drinking water it provides, as well as information regarding the statewide drought and conservation practices that customers can implement in their homes and businesses.

The Report is available electronically through MesaWater.org/water_quality. Electronic distribution saves $9,000 and 48,000 sheets of paper. The Report is available online or in print form from the Mesa Water office. A postcard will be sent to those who participate in Mesa Water’s Online BillPay service and all others will receive the information on their next bill statement.
