ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY

Costa Mesa, Calif. – Mesa Consolidated Water District’s (Mesa) Board of Directors (Board) is currently inviting letters of interest from members of the community who are interested in serving on Mesa’s Board.

To be eligible for the position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age, a registered voter, and reside in Division II.

To be considered, a letter of interest must be submitted including qualifications and reasons for interest in serving on the Board. All letters of interest must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2009 and should be addressed to:

The Board encourages those who are interested to attend Board meetings and to visit Mesa’s website. Mesa provides water service to more than 100,000 customers in an 18 square-mile area. The service area includes the city of Costa Mesa, parts of Newport Beach, and the John Wayne Airport. Mesa is dedicated to satisfying our community's water needs.
